The annual Arcosanti Resident Art Show opened on Saturday with some interesting things from many artists living here at Arcosanti, doing the current workshop or alum. Snacks were served to residents and visitors.

The show can be viewed in the Arcosanti Cafe daily from 9 am to 5 pm and will run until April 1. 2009.

Several regulars put their art up for display including:

Cliff Hersted heads community relations at Arcosanti and he also works in the foundry. On his spare time he is a sculptor who works with stone, metal and wood.
